I had a wonderful experience at this clinic. It’s a very elegant and welcoming place, and the staff are genuinely kind, friendly, and professional. Their customer service and overall treatment were excellent. I had lip filler done by Dr. Waleed Abdulmalek, and I’m honestly very happy with the results. He has a very gentle hand, knows exactly what he’s doing, and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. The reason why I keep on coming back…Excellent service, professional and friendly staff, specially Salini and the Filipina receptionist, I didn’t get her name. There are several times that I arrive early for my scheduled appointment. Either they will do the procedure earlier if they are available, or, if not, they will make sure to approach me and let me know that I will be next as soon as the ongoing procedure is finished. Even though I arrive early and it’s not my appointment time yet. Truly appreciated their attentiveness.
